That means I’ll get a week or so to kick back and recover. I will probably spend that time sleeping, watching Netflix, and posting some of the things of my own (a tribute to Helena is a due I think)
But soon after I’ll have to get to work and also arrange some internship at the court house *heavy sigh* I spent a good portion of evening talking to my step-dad about going to law school and all. It’s a good feeling to have someone that already went through all that. We’re so alike in our political views. He’s incredibly happy that I’m serious about it cause he had doubts. Though when I mentioned that if I end up getting into criminal law I don’t think I’d take up defending and he didn’t like that. He hates prosecutors xP
hi, how long a distance (in km) would you recommend for a starter at running to begin with?
I think a mile (which would be 1.6 km) is a good mark for everyone to start. Dont push yourself too hard, pace yourself, slow down when needed - your endurance will build up. Once you’ll be able to run that distance relatively easily you can increase your distance.
Remember, it is okay to walk when you’re feeling tired. Alternating between walking and running is fine. And at first, I recommend building your endurance and then working on speed so take it easy ^_^
Oh and comfy shoes with proper soles are important
