Anonymous asked: Thanks for the tips! I am in fact female haha, but I do want more muscle in my legs. It's not that their not shapely, they're just quite long and skinny and I think they make me look a little weak if that's possible? For example, Frida has long, thin legs, but they have lovely shape to them, you know? Likewise with Gemma (and of course Jac!). I will take your advice onboard though!
